Default carpet cleaning machines in the North Texas Region

Can anyone recommend a carpet cleaning machine that will not bust the bank but is quality enough til my revenue is enough to upgrade.

Neither a cheap one, but more middle of the road. Also, what is the best form of quotes, by the number of rooms or square footage?

Lastly, what are you all charging as I'm in the North Texas (Dallas) area.

Thank You.

".....and features that no one else in the industry even comes close to."

REALLY?

Please, no offense but if someone makes a statement like that, it should be corrected.

Just my opinion.
