Default commercial cleaning machines

Good day fellow cleaning crews,

could someone recommend a reliable carpet cleaner other than the Rug Doctor?

If you are located in the North American continent then have a look at the most powerful portable available over there - the Recoil 3HP from http://www.cross-american.com. It can either be used as a portable or be truck-mounted.

Is there any way to use a immersion/drop-in heater with a rug doctor? I clean a lot of foreclosures and finding hot water is a major problem. The rug doctors are more than adequate for foreclosure clean-up but not having hot water to work with is killing me. I know the carpets can get cleaner.

I use Clarke 300 HV and I'm very happy with it, it's not cheap though.

We use the Olympus M200H by HydroForce and have been very happy with it. It is a solid unit for a good price.

Yeah! It is not that good..

The last time I used professional Clapham cleaning services, they used something else, but I cannot remember what it was. It did pretty good job, though. If the author wants, he can check.
