Those looks incredible, I have used the leather sofa since two years and clean it by using household cleaning products, and shampoo for good smell. I have just wondered that, which sofa’s cleaning product is best?

Best Regards,

I heard that Woolite products are good for leather sofas, but I have not tried it for now.

Smile Tips for cleaning of lather sofa

Hi....!!!

Here i have some tips for cleaning of lather sofa that may help you...

=> To make your own leather cleaner/conditioner combine 1 part distilled white vinegar and 2 parts linseed oil.

=> Evenly wipe down the entire surface of the sofa and buff out with a second clean rag or microfiber clothe until the surface regains its original look and all moisture is removed.

=> Once it dries out, it will crack, become rough, and fall apart. If you do not need to clean the sofa, make sure that you still wipe it down with the linseed oil at least once every couple of months.

=> These cleaning tips will also work on your car’s leather interior.

Good tips ^^^. While I feel I'm quite the expert when cleaning any type of fabric/carpet fiber, I can use all the tips on cleaning and conditioning leather that I can get.

My housemates cat has ruined my white leather sofa by using the thing as a scratching post. we have tried everything to stop him but now it looks like a big sheet of sandpaper.

I can give you some methods for leather sofa cleaning.
A good general cleaner for leather sofas is the soap. Rub the soap in well with a damp sponge and when the leather is clean, dry off with a soft cloth.
Alternatively , use one of the following:
- petroleum jelly
- 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon ammonia diluted with 1 liter warm water.
- eucalyptus oil
- a half teaspoon borax mixed with 600 ml warm water.

Apply any of the above with a clean cloth or sponge.

Hey guys,

I think sofas, leather sofas specifically, can be cleaned with disinfecting cloths or a cloth and spray. It's really not that hard. But, I appreciate all the new tips I learned. Thanks!

Probably thought about of the Best carpet cleaning methods by most people, hot water extraction or steam cleaning makes use of more water, but it usually removes the soil, down to the padding. It is important to thoroughly vacuum the carpets prior to cleaning, as this removes a great deal of the dry soil, and can lift the carpet pile preparing it for cleaning.Dry extraction cleaning makes use of an absorbent compound containing special detergents and solvents that is infused in and around the carpet fibers with specially-designed machines and brushes.
