Default Slip guard

Ski boots + snow + tile flooring in restrooms = a lot of angry guests.

Excessive caution signs and dry mopping helps but I'm looking into an anti-slip coating. My main concerns are:

a. Is there a product would you suggest that would be strong enough for the situation above?

b. After the product is applied, does it effect how cleaning chemicals (H2Orange in our case) work on the floor? Can a chemical or pressure washing ruin the coating? etc...

Any opinion would help. Thank you.

PS: Floor mats are not really feasible.
