Does anyone know What the going rate is for post construction cleaning in San Antonio and surrounding areas. and if your opinion, should i be including windows in the price, or should i charge extra per window? your help is greatly appreciated, Thank You.

It's depending on how wide and huge the area you want to clean and definitely the windows would be included in the price.

Hi - I am in Houston. I have found the going rate can vary from .10 to .30 cents per sq ft depending on the condition of the home. I would bill the windows as an additional service and fee. Hope that helps!

I cant say that what are the proper rates of window cleaning in san antanio texas and its surrounding. However, if you want to take some idea then it will be great if you can take idea of your competitors rates of cleaning. Apart from it as you asked that should you include price of interior or exterior cleaning then according to me firstly you should inspect that place and after that you should discuss about price to your client.

Im not in texas but my going rate is 15.5 cents a square foot and 7 dollars a window in and out!
