Need pricing help in WA State
I am new to construction clean up and need some help with pricing. At least a ball park figure for my area. Is there a price difference for residential or commercial? Are cleaning the exterior of the windows usually included? I am going to be bidding on a large apt building but haven't gotten the plans or scope of work yet. I was just hoping there was some approximate numbers someone could share with me to give me a rough idea of where my bid should be coming in.
