Default Post Construction Bid Template
Does anyone have a basic template for new construction clean up I can view? If not, what are the basics to include in their? I'm having to submit a couple of bids this week.

Do you break it up into phases or depending how the GC wants to do the clean up?

needing some suggestion/advice... thanks.

would be interested to see one of these too. i'm yet to do post-construction clean up but would like to get into it for my new deep cleaning company
