Default Post Construction Site Clean Up

Any one in this forum do post construction site clean up? Do you charge by the load? How much is the going rate?

Cool Post construction clean up

If it's commercial I would charge by the sq. ft. of the space being cleaned. There may be multiple phases. Rough, Final, etc. When you say by the load are you speaking of hauling?
