Hi everyone!

I have a question in regards to restaurant post construction clean up. We are bidding on a 3600 square foot deli. It has a full kitchen. Is this priced by the square foot just like most residential post construction clean up? When I worked up the pricing for the job by the square foot price it seemed kinda low for the amount of work that this entails. We did a walk through today and there is not any excessive glue or paint to scrap and clean. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Best thing to do is do a walk thru and estimate the number of hours you think it will take to finish the job in the condition its in. Then multiply hours by your hourly rate and add some hours on for good measure. What kind of price did you quote for this 3600 sq. ft. job ?
