Default ....working together.

Ever ask a co-worker to do a task and they intentionally act like they don't hear you? Then when you say something about it they say you are wasting their time stopping them from their work?

What ever happened to "working together" ?

That's what happens to me almost everyday.. I eventually get tired of asking help from them.. I just do my part and work in silence without asking for any help on my co-workers.. As time goes by, they just help me without asking them.. Glad my silence really works..

That's pretty hostile. Is it just that one person or is it spread throughout the company? Sometimes it's the workplace environment that can turn people into grumps (I use the word grump but really there is a spectrum of names you can give to these people)

I've been away for a while working and learning floor care. The individual who said that is now on another shift than myself.

Hostile Mmmm. That's a pretty good description. He has been kind to me lately. He has had lot's of attendance issues.

i'm always giving orders to my co-workers and especially my partner and she doesn't like it one bit! i don't take it personally as i know she is busy, but sometimes it's nice to have a hand with something.
