Since it is winter time and many are not thinking much about the view outside how about marketing to offices and buildings that have interior windows (think conference rooms, etc) and market towards that type of cleaning for the next couple of months.

Too, drive around and check out the local stores that have painted their windows with holiday art, approach them and offer to was the art off so that they can rid themselves of one holiday and prep for another..... Speaking of which, are you at all artistic????? why not offer to paint valentines on windows and then you can clean those off at the end of February

Maybe your current clients can give referrals for you? Ask them if they know anyone that may benefit from your services, and give them an incentive for anyone they refer. I get a lot of word of mouth advertising using a referral bonus for my clients.

I love Theresa's idea! What a great way to generate some additional business.

I think you can give bonuses in your client that will refer you with another customer... That is simple but yet, effective.. Try it, there's nothing else to loose..

Definitely SEO is the best thing you can do for increasing your sales and making new clients as many people search on internet of any type of services. But it will take time as SEO is a lengthy process. I think your existing clients can do best work for you. If you have good terms with them and they are happy with your services then you may ask them for references as this adds to the trust factor among customers.
