Hello.

I have an opportunity to bid on an extremely large complex for gutter guards. I am certain I am bidding against gutter helmet style covers. I have never used Rain Flo at all. I have heard it spoken of here often. Both Good and Bad. The bad makes me vey nervous especially on a job this large. I don't have time to do field testing as I need to get those bid moving quick. So, if I could get a ballpark on price per foot for installation, and some potential pitfalls to the product I would greatly appreciate the help.

I have heard of pricing up to $12.00/foot(could vary greatly depending on the area). One downfall with a flat type guard is that it still collects debris to a certain point. The one-time lump sum can equal up to about 5 years of regular cleaning, so it really depends on whether or not you want a long term commitment. If you happen to clean the windows at the same location, you can add a selling point by offering to do occasional checks for any built up debris.
