Default What forms do I need for Window Cleaning

I am new to the business and was wondering what forms were needed to complete a residential window cleaning job. Can I use a standard bid form followed by a invoice when the job is completed, or do I need legal docs for the bid, a release of liability form, and or any other forms. What form would I use to make a service agreement for repeat customers. Please let me know what forms are used and where to find them.
Also, which forms would I need for a commercial job. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

Any such activities involving legal implications is best discussed and sorted with the help of a legal advisor, rather than seeking help from other people in random.

Default Legal Forms for Window Cleaning

Many window cleaners have a scratched glass waiver. Window cleaning scrapers work fine on regular glass but will scratch tempered glass. Tempered glass often has a sticker on it identifying it as such. However if the house is older and the stickers are no longer there, and the owner doesn't know which windows have tempered glass- then you could inadvertently damage the glass by using a scraper on it. The forum windowcleaning resource.com has glass cleaning waivers. Most window cleaners at some point have scratched a window. That's why many of them have the customer sign a waiver.
