Beat the Heat
OK, I'm being totally serious here.
We all know that when the heat is on that it's crucial to stay hydrated and to stop and cool off occasionally.
There is another problem that we sometimes incur when it's so hot out.
Chafing.
I ran into a buddy of mine the other evening at a gas station. When he and his helper got out of the truck they were both walking like cowboys who had been on a thousand-mile cattle drive. They had it bad.
I assumed that everyone knew about these now, but since he didn't I thought maybe some of you might appreciate this tidbit:

I know that $20 for underwear seems exhorbitant, but they work and are worth it IMNSHO. The boys deserve the best!
There are also plenty of other brands that offer moisture control shorts like these, so you don't necessarily have to pay the Nike premium.
When I get new shirts made they're all going to be made out of this type of material. I love it.
