Have you ever cleaned carpet before iceman? If so, how did you clean stairs at that time?

Seems as though we have SPAM with bacon now that Safa and marwa have joined.

I currently have 2 Century 400 Ninja Carpet Machines. They do a good job with cleaning stairs and carpets in general. The hose lengths are pretty long and are quite easy to maneuver on stairs. As for the hot water option you can either buy the machine with a heater which is slightly more expensive or you can just use hot water from the faucet.

Yup, check YouTube and only buy a machine that offers a warranty. I would also check your local janitorial store and make sure they offer service on your machine if you buy it online.

No matter what machine you get, make sure you get a stair tool!

You could try the Rug Doctor. There's a review available on the website for Cool Runners. It is basically a deep carpet cleaner that you can use as well as a vacuum cleaner. It's well worth looking into!

I have used the Rotowash machine as a stand alone carpet and floor cleaner for 20 yrs, I have had my own successful business for 12 yrs , 3 vans with 2 technicians, with the proper pre-spray, nothing pulls hair and debris out of carpet like it, cleans vinyl and tile as easy as vacuuming but quieter.

Check them out at:

Default chemical

If you are familiar with Delta Foremost you know these commercial grade cleaning chemicals work like magic with minimal or no elbow grease required. The down side is they are very expensive and the company only wants to sell in large quantities to large businesses.

You should use a vacuum cleaner which performs well on carpet.
