I'm thinking of doing some of these cleans as I know you can get alot of money from them however I have a few questions and any advice would be much appreciated....

How would you approach the letting agencys to get the jobs?
Do you think it would be best to hire in help for carpets, windows etc or hire equipment and do it yourself?
Whats the average price charged for say a 3 bed, 1 bath house in the UK? I would say £250 for 1 day but not sure.
