hello everyone,

i am new to the cleaning business. i just started and i have all the essentials stuff as far as employees, insurance and bond, taking care the irs, i have business cards. the only thing i dont have is a customer, i need a sample of proposals to send out to customers, and if i get call in to do the free estimate, i need a contract to write to a customer. my question is is anyone has sample of a basic proposal and a contract, such that i can manipulate it to any customer needs. base on a cleaning company.
