Very nice! My only comment would be that the header could be a little cleaner. It looks a bit grainy right now.

Otherwise very nice!

Yes that Plate is on front and back. I love it that I was the only one to think of it in KY. I've had that same plate for 5 years on 7 different trucks. LOL It just costs $40 a year.

I see your a member of the BBB. Is that worth it for you? Do you get a lot of customers because you are a member?

I was going to join but when I found out it was $400/year in my area and I had only had one customer ever ask me if I was a member, I decided against it.

A week after I joined, A Property Manager visited the BBB site and search for a power wash Contractor to clean the vinyl of an 11 building Apartment complex and found me. I landed the job. I had 10 hours on that job and Grossed $4500. Paid for the BBB fees for a long time.

I like it since they have started putting out a consumer guide with members listed in it. Also using that BBB symbol is one more thing that can show a consumer that I am commited to being in business long term versus a guy in truck with 4 different tires and a Home Depot Pressure Washer bought at a pawn shop. In an Overall image enhancement, it works.

Wow, it sounds like it's working well for you then. Always good to have any leg up possible over the competition.

How much does it cost in your area? $400/yr seemed like a lot to me but I guess I just wasn't aware of the costs.

No, that was in Orlando. I guess I just didn't know that it cost that much. I figured it was a $50/yr thing.

Shows how much I know

Don't worry, I am not a member nor have I had any clients ask me if I was.

I hate wasting money and to me the BBB in my area is a trash can for money.

Yea, but as First Choice said in his post he has landed some jobs from people checking with the BBB. Also, that logo on your estimates may do more than you think.

I'm starting to think it's worth it.

Yeah it might but I have a hard time thinking people care about the BBB anymore.

I think they do, however I also wonder if customers are more likely to complain or threaten to complain to the BBB about you if you display the logo.

Good point, I didnt think about that.

Hopefully your customers will have no complaining to do.

That's obviously the goal and I think 99% of my clients usually are... but there is always that 1% that is just never happy. They go into it thinking it costs too much and then expect the world for what they do end up paying.

I had 2 unhappy clients last year. One was my fault (bad sub) and the other was just very unrealistic expectations.
