Default Pepper Patch for strains and sprains

Here is another product that I can't live without- Salonpas-Hot Capsicum Patch.
It's great for sore muscles and sprains. I like it better than the
Capsaicin
rub. It only goes where you put it- no surprises when you rub your eye or something and when you remove it, it's over. The cream has the nasty little surprise of reactivating later when you least expect it.

I buy them by the stack at Walgreens for less than $2 a patch.
