What is your "morning poison"?
So what is that one thing that you MUST DRINK that get's you going in the morning?
I always feel very very sad and bored after I wake up (I always have to wake up at 5 o'clock) but after drinking a big cup of coffee I always feel better. I don't know why but the first smell that comes in my mind after I wake up is the smell of the coffee. :P

I know what you mean. I'm up at 4.30am six mornings a week and that first cup of coffee is the best. If I have any more during the day, I don't enjoy them as much as the first.

A cup of coffee is my drug too. I love it every way with cream, sugar, milk, black, cinnamon.

 Black tea with some milk makes me awake and is not so hard like the black coffee

The number of smokers is decreasing, don't you think so... I'm glad it is so. We all get fresh air.

I agree with you Marie Dupont. The number of the smokers around me reduces. I am one of the ex-smokers.

Did you know that the caffeine rejuvenate the skin. Whereas the coffee is not so healthy for the hearth and blood pressure, so look to reduce consuming it.

Good for the skin, maybe true. But the coffee has a long way to go from your mouth to your skin. I guess it is absorbed in the bowels.

My drug are both chocolate and coffee. I'm trying to reduce consuming them but sometimes I can't.  I didn't know the coffee is good for the skin.
