Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could offer some experiences regarding printing services online, as far as price comapred to final received product, and the ultimate turn around time from ordering to getting them in your hand.

I have had some experiences with VistaPrint... but what about PS Print, U Printing, Got Print etc?

Thanks everyone! I am going to put some ideas I'm already learning from this forum, and get some door hangers made!

Has anyone ever had flyers, brochures, and/or business cards made by any of those companies?

Doing it from home is so much more expensive and laborious

Do not use visdtaprint heard alot bad stuff from people getting there print jobs back were vistaprint.com printed some were on the flyer or business card. I have heard some good come from got print.

Well VistaPrint offers 'free' business cards, as long as they can brand their logo/name on your promotional items, usually business cards. They have made a very successful business off of the entire "free business card" mantra. I can't see them knowingly infringing on someone's business property they are paying to have printed, but thanks for the input about Got Print

VistaPrint is ok... their quality is below average in my opinion. I tend to like GotPrint... the thing with only services tho is that the turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks.

Usually local print shops can turn something in less than a week, depending on your relationship with them and a few other stuff.

Bottom line: out of all the online services I found gotprint to be the best overall. Definitely the best quality.

Np, Also I forgot!

You can request samples from most of the online companies. I requested from:

VistaPrint - Took a couple of weeks
PSPrint - took a week
GotPrint - 3 days i believe?

and a few others.. usually 1-2 weeks. That tells you something.

I've had mostly bad experiences with online printers.. I really like the fact I am able to talk to a live person.. I use a local company to handle all my print marketing, from design to print, most of the times you can get their prices down almost as low as online services if you bundle the packages.
