We currently use JPP and are trying to decide between DASH and Assured Complete.

We've demo'd both products and they look very similar in feature sets to us but DASH is significantly more money in both up front cost and monthly. Has anyone actually tried both in real world use and what was their experience?

What does DASH have that Assured Complete does not? I've heard that Assured Complete's integration with Xactimate breaks frequently, anyone have experience with that?

I saw that no one replied to your post. There is has been quite a buzz on Restoration Forum regarding DASH vs. JPP, maybe you should look there!
