If you dig deep enough you will see that I was at one time affiliated with the HCA, (they to this day have a couple of my articles on their site). As much as I liked the people who run it at one time I have to stand here today and say that I believe that you can do better on pricing for services. You see, I had my site built and optimized for my area for less than $250. With the services of edit.com I am able to make as many edits/ additions as I want each year for another $75. If you google any number of terms relating to house cleaning or property management cleaning I rank within the top 3 listings for each catagory (not including the paid ads) in my area of California and I live is the computer capitol of the world.
Let me show you an example of why I say this - for the hosting - they are charging $99 for setup fee per account and then monthly ongoing charges for each, I pay $72 flat for the whole year and have 4 sites hosted on the same account!
Scheduling software can be purchased outright as well and will cost you less. Online estimates are not hard to add to any site, the other bells and whistles such as daily cartoons, rss feeds, email accounts, etc can all be set up
for free by bravenet and other sites that offer freebies to webmasters.
The point of my diatribe today is that a good/ functional "unique" webpage does not have to cost you an arm and a leg, and cookie cutter web sites "if used" should cost even less due to the duplicity of their being
Seattle house cleaning, I hope you do not take offense as non is intended.
