I think your site looks great. The only issue that I seen when I visited the site is that after you close the Special dicount offer, the box still floats up and down while your are viewing the page. It kept me from reading some of the page. Otherwise, great site!

Thank you for your comment, yes there was inconvenience but it was fixed awhile ago, it disappears when you click X on a coupon, in my browser it works and doesn't show up when you go down, reading content.
I noticed though that on some computers this coupon covers content, probably screen resolution, I'm not that kind of guru, just a user.
Thanks again.

Just a personal preference but I don't like the blood red colour of the text. Maybe it should be a nice calming colour like sky blue. Again its just a minor grumble! Also I think there should be a more "professional" image of you, first impressions really count for a lot. In this image obsessed society, what looks good to someone might be offputting to another person. Certain individuals might have incorrect preconceptions about you from the photo and I wouldn't want that as you seem like genuinely nice people. Good luck with your business, may you prosper and succeed! Also the hit counter on the bottom of the page is completely unnecessary, they can often have a detrimental effect on a business if people can see that the number of visits are low. If you want to keep track of the number of visits, you can have private hit statisitics.

Hi DustBlaster, thanks for your comment. Ya, you were right with that disturbing color, already changed it as could. As for personal image...
I realize that most people like miserably looking contractors, in this case they feel themselves smarter than you. I have a friend of mine who does furnace cleaning, he always wears dirty worn out pants and shirts, he says "people feel sorry that I'm so poor and miserable", he does lots of upsales and by the end of the day takes home pay check for a few thousand. As for us, I've got a few calls from the customers and they say that they were attracted by our image, they felt trust to us and decide to deal with us. I agree, people are different, you can't please everybody, as for me, I'm not doing carpet cleaning myself anymore due health reasons, why should I look like a piece of junk with the wand handy? It looks funny when carpet cleaners wear white
blouses with black ties around the neck, but why the business owner (even small business owner ) can't look nice and respectful?
As for the counter, website was published a bit more than month ago, counter shows around 1000 of visits already, I wish I have this traffic further on.

Hey it looks a lot better now! Actually I quite like your photo now! I guess your happy smiley face would attract customers! Its just the pose I think could be better, you could face the camera directly rather than from a diagonal angle. Again that's just me, I nitpick and criticise the most trivial things! Almost a thousand hits in a month is impressive!

Nice clean site to look at. Otherwise post your Lead RRP certification number for after the law change on April 22nd for pressure washing so "big brother" won't come fine ya....

Great blog, just one problem - I don't see any links to your companies website. Your missing opportunities to draw business back from your blog

first thing i don't lke is automatic video playing, if i want to listen i'll click play, don't force me to listen to it.

also the text in the header is jaggedy and looks cheap which reflects badly on your image.

on the quote for when you ask for how we found you, google is automatically selected, which means those that can't be bothered to change it will say google so giving you a bad and un-usable reading of how you were found. pay someone to install a script so you can see where EVERY visitor come from, not just the ones who fill the form out and fill that field out.

when i click on the view our new price guide it goes to your quote page not prices page
