Black streaks - Cleaning Talk - Professional Cleaning and Restoration Forum

Hello everyone,
I have been reading the forums, everything from home cleaning to pressure washing. My company works with rental companies doing just about anything they need. I have noticed that almost every house around here (NC) has black streaks on the North side of the roofs. No one seems to be marketing roof cleaning and the only company that I have found is about 30 miles away. Not sure if I can say the name so I wont..lol.
I am very interested in offering this as a service. I have searched for the apple sauce recipe and found alot of great info. Wondering if I should start out with a trailer rig or does any one have another set up suggestion.

I would contact Bob at Pressure Tek in Ohio.
He makes a Delevan pump/hose kit set up, all ready to go, at a fair price.
We use Flatbed trucks, but a trailer rig is certainly an option.
