I know a lot of you guys/gals have already seen these pics posted elsewhere, but for those that haven't, this is the rig we use for the larger roof cleaning jobs. It has two 325 gallon tanks, two reels with 300' of 1/2" hose on each and 3 chem sprayers. 2 are used at a time and the 3rd is a backup. We also have two portable garden hose reels with 225' on one and 300' on the other.

This is how we roll!

Wow, I must have missed those pics! Nice rig! 650 gallons of roof mix, that's the way to go! Running two machines at the same time, how fast do you drain your tanks?

I bet with that rig, you could do 4-6 roofs a day!!!

The last apartment complex we did we could only do 2 a day, but they were obviously huge buildings. At almost 4 gpm x 2 sprayers running simutaneously, the chem goes pretty fast. It would be possible to do maybe 4 (or more) a day if the buildings were more of an average size, relative to apartments anyway. The real time killer is moving the lift, rig, hoses, etc to the next building.

7X12 tandem. Since I knew exactly what I wanted in the trailer I went with a shorter trailer so the weight of the trailer itself wouldn't work against what I needed to load it with. It has a lot of fire power for the actual simplicity of it.

Wayne,
It will be delivered to your front door on Christmas Eve in it's new glorious bronze casing, so you may enjoy it for all eternity.
