Attached is a flyer one of my customers found on their door in the Orlando, FL market.



The flyer contains two violations of federal trademark protection.

1. The use of the name Mallard in conjunction with cleaning services, ie roof cleaning.

2. The use of the federally protected mark of the duck regestered by Drake Pest Control.

Id encourage anyone out there that encounters this Mallard Poser and bids against them to print this post and give it to the customer. You will surely knock this guy out of consideration for the job.

The owner of Drake Pest is contacting his lawyers as I am as well.

It would be nice for yall to express your displeasure and let this perpetuator of frad know how you feel. His phone number is on the ad and its a cell phone

I hate thieves, and even though it's not likely that I would run into the company that's handing it out up here in Jacksonville, if I did, I'd throw them under the bus faster than you can say police brutality.

I have people stealing the content from my website all the time, and to me, it's no better than if someone were to come on to my property and steal some of my equipment.
