Default Boots on the porch

Anyone else leave the boots or other things on the front porch after cleaning the place with cockroaches? How about bop the mouse on the head under the plastic in the stove? I just can't stand feeling like one of those bugs jumped in a pocket or is hanging out on your boot after one of those restaurants. You all know the ones I am talking about.

I was a maintenance tech. at a hospital for 10 years and one soon learns to leave their shoes at the door. Hospital floors clean? Oh they look nice but the invisible whatever it is sure smells bad after a few days of walking on your home carpet.

I used to be a subcontractor for Comcast doing collections. If I had to terminate service I was supposed to take the cable boxes. Well, I was told to put the boxes into a plastic bag and then rubber band the bag tightly. Didn't really ask why, I just did it. One day I realized why. Roaches crawl into them for the warmth to lay their eggs.

Did that just send a chill up your spine? Ever hear a grown man squeal like a girl with a combination of expletives and curse words? It definitely freaked me out to have 40 baby roaches come cascading down the front of my body.

From that day forward the extra $3 per box I received was no longer worth it.

Nice spam.

Yeah, Dave- I can relate.
When I did restaurant kitchen sales and service the shoes stayed on the porch and the clothes went straight in the washer.

Kitchens are nasty!
