Default chinese

anyone ever do a chinese place where they leave their meat in the sink overnight to thaw .. with no water in the sink .. *shudders* mmmm ecoli

That is because water is so expensive.

Ever seen when they leave the meat still in the boxes, on the floor. Next AM, blood all over the floor.

In a community near me, the health inspector walks in the chinaman kitchen. the old Amah is on the tile floor, cutting meat. No cutting board, too much dolla.

In 28 years, I have only met 5 or 6 Chinaman I liked, and trusted

oh my god thats horrible .. on the floor .. EWWW ... I would walk right back out and not do the job . have the place closed .. hahah one night my buddy and I did this chinese place .. the guy was really nice but he was drunk .. he was showing us all the equipment he wanted cleaned and he was like I asssk them lass time .. but they nevva do .... ... and he kept going on .. They Nevva Do .. THEY NEVVA DO ... louder and louder cuz he was so drunk ..

Happens in many restaurants

Don't think it wont happen in the one you eat at now

Top end restaurants are famous for violations

I am only there for the Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

If I complained about every violation at a restaurant I wouldn't have any customers.

Another thing watch how you talk about another Nationality who may be watching these boards right now. They may be looking for an exhaust cleaner through a search and ended up here, and will base their decision on how how you talk about others on here
