I personally have never tried it...I think the cost of the dry ice out weighs this type of job...at least from what I've heard on here...I'm sure it would probably do a pretty good job though...less mess in the end as well.
it's not unusual to pull 20lbs or more of grease out of a system much more on first service stuff. I don't see where dry ice would benefit my operation. But I'm all ears if someone is actually doing it.

I've never heard of dry ice cleaning the kitchen exhaust. This is very interesting. The main dry ice website lists many uses, but not kitchen exhaust. When I went to your link, iceblastuk.co.uk, to read more information it was broken. Do you have an updated link?

I could see Ice Blasting help on carbon. But I have a chem/foam mix to cover that scenario to,
