A group of restaurant have shut down for summer vacation. i do a few that cater to the high dollar yuppie..eats/art gallery  ..that type of thing.
I was just curious who else is encountering this.

This town thins out in the summer..can't blame them..those with the meansget out. Better than being dry roasted in the "valley of the sun"

common hear in small town Fl. (Sebring) in the summer the population drops by 2/3's when the snowbirds go home.
We love our snowbirds $$$$$$.

we have snow birds too......some of ours drive winnebagos (left turn signal on since Nebraska) and reading a map.

Where did Lou go? Did he close up and go on vacation with his restaurants? He couldn't take the heat so he go out of the kitchen all together
