Default new to construction clean

Need to bid 1st construction clean, 300,000 sf 2-story apartments. GC wants rough clean, construction clean, and final clean. Is standard practice to quote sf price X3, or should my unit price cover all 3 trips?
Windows are wrapped, and all units have French doors. Should these line items be charged extra, or is it standard practice as part of the sf price? CAN ANYONE HELP?

here in canada (vancouver, b.c.) we charge sq footage for the 1st clean, then hourly for re-cleans (per-person) and hourly for for move-in cleans
(per-person)
i cannot comment on how much to charge, it is different here, although it is pretty close
depends on the job, paint on windows, mud in tracks, how many bathrooms and kitchens etc.
good luck!

Default welcome

so in my opinion......either 12-15 cents per sq ft you can also take the sq ft and divide it by 250 feet per hour which gives you your hours to clean so in this case 1200 man hours and apply a dollar rate per hour...Is it a union job in that case your dollar rate is going to be real high
