Welcome to the board Chebar.

The way a board like this works is that you post your statement or question as you did and as others check in they will respond to you if they are able to add to your conversation or answer your questions.

What would you like to know about how to submit a bid?

I am trying to put together a bid to do construction cleanup on a commercial building in Billings Montana. I am not sure what the going rates are per square foot for 'commercial'. Can anyone give me an idea for my area?

Would you also like one of us to come perform the work for you as well? Welcome to the board.. just busting your chops a bit as a newbie. Good luck with your bid.
