Default enclosed vs. open for north west

I have come up against some trade offs to different trailer styles. I would appreciate any insight or hindsight for that matter..
Living in the north west states I was wondering if an enclosed trailer might extend my work season. Also what about inline anti freeze systems and what you think about them.
Most of the cargo trailers I am seeing have the big ramp door on the back. Would having side by side doors work better? I kind of like the single door/ramp set up because that is a good size space for signage when your rolling down the road..
I like the open trailer look as well, very professional looking as well.
Thank you all you your thoughts and opinions.

wells cargo will put in a propane furnace or a generator.

the generator is very expensive.

a/c is available but is also expensive.

the furnace is about $800 i think.

side by side doors are standard, the ramp doors cost more.
