If that is all your planning to clean with it, you are better off hiring someone. The money you spend plus the time it will take you, you will spend more than hiring someone. Pressure Washers are made to be used. If they sit for long periods of time, well, thats not good for them. Get some estimates from some companies that do it for a living and you'll see how much time and money you will save.

There are so many power washer companies in the market. Mostly all are affordable and very cheap in cost also. By cleaning you can exactly see the difference between before cleaning the house and after cleaning the house.

I'd recommend the A.R. Blue Clean Series of Electric Pressure Washers for that purpose.

They're affordable and even have an attachment you can purchase that is specifically made for cleaning decks and patios.

I highly recommend AR Blue Clean AR383 1900 PSI 1.5 GPM Electric Washer. Base on my experience it really hits the sweet spot in power, price and quality.
