Foreclosure Cleaning
The best way to get started is to contact asset management companies. They handle most of the foreclosed properties. Check out this blog for more info www.foreclosuresdirect.blogspot.com

LOL just wish I was the ex-homeowners lawyer!
Best advise you can get to start in the P&P field is:
1) contact your lawyer and have them guide you in properly licensing your business and getting the proper insurance.
2) Put that lawyer on retainer
3) Find a company that is already in the business with a minimum of 4-5 year experience and try to sub-contract with them to learn this business.
Educate yourself to all the laws that apply to the foreclosure business. It appears that the business will start a moratorium nationwide beginning in April for 6 months..that is the word going aroung currently.

Getting Leads/Jobs Foreclosure Cleaning
You will need to register your business with all the banks/reo asset management companies. Once registered you will be placed on their approved vendors list and when the homes foreclose on they assign work based on the zip codes you work. There is a good foreclosure bank reo contact list with over 1200 bank reo contacts and reo asset manager contacts that I would recommend getting, then sign up with them all, here is the website: http://listbankrepos.com/Reo-Asset-Managers-List.aspx
We belong to the Foreclosure Cleanup Network, it's the number 1 social network for the foreclosure cleanup industry and it's free, I would recommend joining plus you can network with reo agents on there to get additional work.
Finallly, this is a must-have for any new business, join the Property Preservation Directory by Instant Home Link, http://www.propertypreservationdirectory.com This is the top directory the banks/reo asset management companies use to locate and find new foreclosure cleaning/property preservation businesses.
Good luck!

That's a great business to start! I'm sure you could network from other cleaning companies and ask if they've ever done foreclosed homes.

massive litigation
The massive lawsuit against Wells Fargo / Wachovia, Indymac / OneWest bank, Citibank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, GMAC..............can actually, not only put a stop to your foreclosure, but also pause your house payments with no loss to you............

More morons wanting someone to "bail them out" for their irresponsibility.
I'm sick of nobody wanting to accept responsibily for their own actions.

Too bad the banks were using so many illegal practices 10-15 years ago when they were handing out money that wasn't even their own money. Lucky they were bailed out but their actions still had a huge impact on general people. Now masses of people should lose the homes they worked so hard to finance?

Cleaning Out Foreclosure Homes
To Start Cleaning Foreclosures you will have to register your cleaning company with the banks and asset management companies to get placed on their reo vendors list, we got a huge list of over 1200 direct bank reo foreclosure contacts and signed our company up with all of them. We are now very busy. http://bit.ly/trashout
Try the Foreclosure Cleanup Network, it's free and they also provide a ton of free information and links to the banks, plus there are a lot of Reo agents on this site you can solicit your cleaning services to. http://www.foreclosurecleanupnetwork.com
Also, make sure your company is listed on the property preservation directory, most of the banks use this master directory to find and hire property preservation reo vendors. http://www.propertypreservationdirectory.com

Foreclosed Homes
Disregard the previous message, it is just a scam to get you to sign up with their newsletter, there is no actual job.
There are two ways to receive business in this industry, one is to register your company with all the banks, asset management companies, & mortgage companies to be placed on their Reo vendors list, the other is by soliciting the local realtors in your area that handle Reo listings. I left you a list of the bank contacts we got, http://bit.ly/banklist

Cassandra, we do not even sell a foreclosure cleanup form, fyi! No one has ever used, bought, or for much less than than stole any of your material, our products are designed by people that are truly in the business. Ps. I wouldn't ever waste my time signing up for your newsletter, all they do is sell, sell, sell.
You on the other hand have repeatedly hocked your materials on trulia, the foreclosure cleanup network, and here. Good luck. Here is a link for some of the readers:

Wow Cassandra, all I can say is I feel sorry about you. I actually found that report about you and your company when you got jealous of our company and had contacted us the first time and google searched you. This is what came up, the rip off report, I don't know who did it against you and truthfully I really don't care, it's probably karma and the truth about the way one of your customers felt. Also, you obviously can not read, I said we do not sell any foreclosure cleanup bid estimate forms-we don't even provide them on our website: www.dreamstreetinvestments.com
I refer people to get a free foreclosure cleaning bid estimate contract here, it's absolutely free-we do not profit off of people for a form-apparently you do:
http://www.foreclosurecleanupnetwork...eanup-contract
Thirdly, you mentioned your newsletter-once again-NO ONE Wants to sign up for your newletter, How did I know about it-its simple-you spam it everywhere here, trulia, who knows where else.
I do realize that you are very jealous that we have the first Foreclosure Cleanup Business Start Up book published and sold nationwide in print on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and with hundreds of distributors worldwide, and you still only sell the ebook version, but get over your self. You have bought every product we sell and you know all of our products are our own, on the other hand, I have never bought even one of your products-and frankly never would. Now please, act a little bit professional, this is a forum for people to learn the cleaning business and network.
