Default Foreclosure and Rehab cleaning

Good morning!

Does anyone do foreclosure clean-up or "rehab" cleaning? It is an avenue I have been looking into, but def. need more information, such as where to start?! I am unsure whether to contact banks, Realtors, etc? If anyone has information on this kind of cleaning, I would be very thankful if you could share your experiences with me.

Thanks so much!

Contact realtors who specialize in foreclosures... good starting point re: they usually have a cache of properties.

Also, contact the larger HUD M&M contractors. Get their vendor packet and fill it out. You need to be formally setup, though, so make sure you're properly licensed and insured. Pay is usually lower for these jobs, but bulk is what you're seeking with them.
