Default Pricing: Charge by the room? (kitch, bath, etc)

sorry, another pricing thread...

But, I haven't really seen a charge by the room scheme, is anyone doing it?
e.g.
kitch 30 liv 25 bath 25 bath 20 bed 20 bed 20 bed 15
155 or $155/30 = 5 or so hours
Which would seem to be a pretty good price for a monthly cleaning of this starndard house? Trying guess your time might be easier, if you charge $25 for a bathroom, you could bump it by 5 or 10 if it was huge or difficult, or take 5 or 10 off for a seldom used half bath.

I dunno, whatcha think?

I think it would save a lot of the money you would have lost from under quoting a client.

Thumbs Up

You can figure out the rate you want to charge however you want, but i would recommend giving a final rate quote only to your customer otherwise they nit pick. They will say let's not do this room then or only work for 4 hours instead of 5. Just give them a final quote so there is no way for them to do that.
