We clean restaurants and we make money doing it, or we would not do them. Hard to give you suggestions without knowing the details of the account.

If you are talking kitchen floors the best product I have found is Tide floor powder, we follow up with a product called enzyme magic after that. Works well but we also power wash once per week in the kitchens. Hope that helps!

All I do is restaurants......
and some school districts, a few hospitals...but it's all kitchens.

But I think were comparing apples to oranges.

I have a side job at night with my brother cleaning the floors, bathrooms, matts, trash cans, and some other stuff at a restaurant near here. He takes care of the dining area sweaping and mopping the floors. To clean the kitchen floor I'll take a hose and hose off the floor blasting fries, lettuce and any other food out of the cracks and push it into a pile near one of the drains. I'll then use a chemical called Grease Free and splash it down on the floor from 4, 5 gallon buckets. Scrub it down. Squeegy it off. I then use a mop with Spic and Span floor cleaner dilluted with water to mop it. Typically takes about an hour and a half, depending on how much BSing my brother and I do and how bad the floor is. This is done every night. We can BS because we work on salary and he knows the boss and doesnt care.
