I went out for a walk through on a machine shop today. When i got there they said oh we just want a bid on the bathrooms. I was a little let down but that is business. I have never given a quote on just the bathrooms before. What is the going minimume charge. Can you help. The specs are:

2- Shop bathrooms 10x20
6- Stalls total
6- Toilets
2- Stainless steel sinks
1- Men uernal
6- Partitions
2- Large Mirrors
Just mop floors and sanitize the bathrooms

2- Office Bathrooms 5x6
2- Sinks
2- Toilets
2- Small Mirror
Mop floors and sanitize the bathrooms

Sounds like this would be a minimum charge situation. Figure out what you need to make it worth your time and bid accordingly.
