Default Commercial Carpet Cleaning

Hey gang! I need a little help with deciding on the best commercial carpet cleaning equipment for the job. The majority of this contracts carpeting is low profile glue down tile carpeting or regular low profile stretch and tack. The problem is--I have about 500,000 sq ft of it that needs to be cleaned on a quarterly basis. So far, we have been using a Rotovac power wand and Mytee 12/tile and grout combo and have been getting great results, however of course-hours of work. I am considering a fully contained system rather then the roto and an extractor, and I was wondering if anybody has found a machine that can clean great amounts of space with superior dry time and low profile cleaning because the carpet is glue down. We will be using the rotovac in the heavy traffic areas, but I need a machine that we can walk behind and at least provide results. Any ideas?

NSS Pony 20 (electric)

or

Nobles Strive w/ ready space or Falcon Ultra B (battery powered)

if you are ok with spending a lot of money look into the Nobles Strive Rider w/ Ready space. You will make money sitting on your tushy. lol
