Default Did I overbid? Help!

I put in a bid on a contract yesterday and I really think it was fair if not low. I haven't heard from them and actually am hoping I don't. I would have to hire 3 or 4 people for the hours they want. I couldn't get a square footage answer from them but it is a large building, 1 floor, offices everywhere and huge meeting rooms, a large foyer , 4 bathrooms with 4 stalls in each. 2 breakrooms, it goes on. It's actually a nice looking building but their current cleaners are not doing it all.
This is what they want;
1 person 8-4 7 days a week, 2 people 4hours a night 7 nights a week. General cleaning , mopping, buffing of wood floors,vacuuming, dusting, inside windows, trash and foyer windows and pick up trash out front.
485 hours a month.
Can anyone tell me what they would bid for this just by the people power hours?

Thank you, I need help!!

guess it depends on what you pay your staff. i pay minimum of £7 per hour so it's easy to work out holiday and ni from that, only thing you wont know if my other costs and my profit margin, but i can't imagine that there will be huge differences in prices.

imo with the amount of hours needed i'd go with a professional price offering a professional service. small offices typically seem to go with the lowest price, but bigger it's about who'll do the job correctly.
