I would always charge by the job. If you charge by the hour the customer doesn't know how much the job will cost and therefore is less likely to hire you.

Daeana:

Nathan is right charge by the job, but the key is a good estimate of the time needed to complete the job. Don't short your self on time because you are only costing yourself money.

We do. We do post construction site clean up. We are based in Sydney however and cater to all its suburbs.
