If you would like to make your carpet floor look ever superior I suggest you to use the less chemical cleaning products or green products. Therefore, they keep your carpet clean for longer period and your carpet floor looking-good too.
If you proper clean your carpet floor with chemical products solution maybe they reduce your carpet life.
Best Regards,

Steam cleaning is one of the good methods of carpet cleaning. This helps you better than other methods if you have any stain on your carpet.
Thanks,

Yes, but some stains need more aggressive methods like dry cleaning. I also prefer the steam one but it's not that helpful.

lol. brush shampooing is a waist of time sweat and chemicals, if you are steam cleaning the carpets. you can achieve the same results with vacuuming the carpets before steam cleaning!

yeah i thought that this is primarily what this forum was for, actual cleaners? what i meant was that do you use it enough to warrant the cost of buying it, e.g. if you only use it once a month and it brings in safe 1k a year, but it costs 3k then it's hardly worth the bother etc.

Mostly Homes, some Bars and Restaurants. I use the Rotovac with a Butler Van. http://www.butlersystem.com/
I also use it to clean tile grout by changing the head on it.
This is the carpet cleaning head below

Urine on carpet and upholstery
· Soak up excess moisture with a white rag or paper towels.
· Blot on a solution of 1/4 tsp. mild liquid laundry detergent and 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml)
warm water. Repeat until there is no more stain transferring to a towel or rag.
· Blot with a solution of 2 tbsp. ammonia and 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) water. Rinse with
warm water. Repeat. Blot dry.
· 4Blot the area with a solution of 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) white vinegar and 2 cups
(16 fl oz/500 ml) water. Rinse.
· 5Cover with several layers of paper towels weighed down with a heavy, nonfading
object. Continue changing paper towels until the carpet is dry.

when cleaning carpets..it is best to use mild chemicals because strong ones can further damage the carpet...organic carept cleaners are also best to use
