Default Restoring Laminate Floors

Is there any product I can use to restore laminate hardwood floors? I was approached today by a restaurant owner and I haven't had any luck locating a product that I could use to bring them back to life. The floors are in really bad shape (i.e. dirty and dull) and the owner is hoping for a costly way to save them. Thanks!
