Allergy cleaning is more of a green cleaning type of service IMO. Most of these folks want safe green cleaning products in conjunction with high heat steam cleaning to kill dust mites and pet dander etc... My company carpet cleaning Tampa does offer this service.

You definitely need to consider adding allergy relief services if you are not offering them. My company orange county carpet cleaning does and mattress cleaning is a huge part of it to rid them of dust mites. The dri master upholstery tool works great on those.
