Can Carpet Padding Be Dried?

The last thing a homeowner wants to see is a flooded carpet in the home. Whether it is a plumbing issue, water leakage or any other water damage at your home, carpet padding is a sponge-like material which gets fully immersed in water.
The carpet padding should be immediately dried otherwise it may be infected by mold growth in it.
