Carpet Cleaning

Carpets are very useful when they are laid out in any office or house. They are not only attractive but also enhance the attractiveness and aesthetic appeal of the room.

I gave up on professionals for just this reason. They want to sell, and keep selling. I was paying hundreds of dollars to clean my home and then there are the add ons for deodorize, protectors, so on and so forth. Half the time you don't even know if what they do even makes a difference. Once I could have sworn they only used water. After all the hassle I got my own Bissel and bought some Genesis 950 and do it myself whenever I want. I know it's really being cleaned, and I don't have to pay extra for deodorizer, antibacterial stuff, and so on. I think I can clean my home better then any professional. They are in it for the money. I am in it for a clean living space. So I know I am more invested in it from the get go.

What? Sounds like a sales person for the G machine.... Good way to ruin carpets. At carpet cleaning Concord, Ca. we have found many customers wanting us to fix what they did with home machines. Lets talk about the Black traffic areas full of soap.

I feel with most carpet cleaners this is true. However there are some really hard working honest companies out there that do the work properly. We would not spend $23,000 per truckmount if we could do the same thing with a store bought home portable, believe me. The carpets that are the most wrecked are always do it yourselfers and dry cleaned carpets!

What's a G Machine? Mine is the Bissel Proheat 2x. I don't have a G Machine? As far as the soap, when I did my carpets myself I actually found that I spent more time cleaning up soap that was left behind from the last cleaners. I don't know, maybe I just had bad cleaners. But when I did it myself and saw all the soap that was coming up I was really annoyed. professional cleaners should be rinsing the carpet after they clean and not leaving so much residue behind that it comes up during the next cleaning. That was very disappointing to me. I don't really want to call anyone out or put anyone down, but the cleaners I used were Stanley Steamers. Maybe the poor service was in the fact it was a corporate entity and not a local cleaner who invests their time, money and passion into a livlihood where good service keeps their business strong. I would imagine a local cleaner like that would be far more concened to provide great service as oppossed to a corporate company who hires anybody regardless of what they do or don't know, and regardless of their perception of the importance of having a well cleaned home.

Your correct in that carpet cleaners should pre treat all carpet, agitate, and then do a proper rinse and dry to thoroughly clean all areas. However, a lot of cleaners do leave tons of residue which will attract dirt, cause matting and generally look & feel gummy and dull.

Carpet cleaning can be very expensive and sometimes relying on a company might not be the best solution for you. If you don't know anything about a carpet cleaning and needs some tips or advice, here are some for you:
http://www.ehow.com/how_2312428_clean-carpet.html
http://www.coit.com/blog/201202/how-...pots-your-home (blog tips & advices)

These are examples of resources you can use if you want to do the carpet cleaning yourself. If you think carpet cleaning is too difficult or time consuming, a good service you could try is COIT.
Here is their website: www.coit.com

Hope this helps!
