Hardwood and dog urine removal...

Hi ya'll! Came across this forum googling for answers and I'm hoping a pro knows how to fix this. Our last renters left out little "income property" a HOT mess and we need help BAD!

Picture this: hardwood flooring and 2 HUGE 'outside' dogs...that apparently NEVER went out! As I type this from my laptop sitting in the offensive house, I can BARELY BREATH the ammonia odor is so bad! I'm got down on my hands and knees, using the "Mr Clean w/Febreeze" and SCRUBBED every inch of this floor - twice. Have had the windows open airing it out, and poured a gallon of "natures miracle" all over the floor in an attempt to neutralize the odor.

So far, no luck....is there anything "professional strength" that the public has access to? Or am I staring at having to rip the entire floor out? As it is, I will need to refinish it - I already know the stains aren't coming out. I prefer not to have to rip out all this beautiful wood! Any and all help GREATLY appreciated!

I have a product that will work. You will need to apply it with a mop and let sit at least 20-30 minutes. The product will KILL the urine bacteria and thus permanently remove the odor. Fell free to call me at 281.883.8470 for more information. Very easy problem to solve and NO you will not need to replace the floor.
