Hello,

you can use the below techniques for carpet protecting:

Keep Food in the Kitchen

One of the least demanding approaches to anticipate cover harm is to repel sustenance from it. Keep suppers, bites and beverages in the kitchen so that there are less possibilities for spills on cover. This tip is particularly convenient on the off chance that you have children in the home, who might be more inclined to unintentionally dropping nourishments or beverages on the cover.

Prepare Pets or Keep them Off the Carpet

We cherish our pets, yet they do represent a hazard to cover. Pets have mischances and an inquisitive puppy or little cat may scratch or bite cover, harming it. In the event that you have pets, ensure they are all around prepared and administer them at whatever point they are on the cover. On the off chance that you aren't sure that your pets will have the capacity to keep your floor coverings clean, keep them off the cover totally.

Utilize Doormats Outside Each Door

A doormat outside every entryway can decrease the soil, mud, rain and snow that can be followed into your home and onto the cover. Very much set doormats will urge individuals to shake garbage off their shoes and wipe them on the tangle before coming inside.

Take Your Shoes off Inside

When you stroll in your front entryway, slip your shoes off so you can shield you cover from sloppy impressions, earth and different substances that can recolor rugs. Getting into the propensity for taking your shoes off when you come inside is a simple and exceptionally successful approach to ensure your cover.

How to protect the carpet

The first step is to have it professionally cleaned the right way. I say professionally, because you donít have access to the same high powered machines or the proper cleaning solutions that a professional carpet cleaner has. And I say the right way, because there are still many companies that use soap based products, which leave lots of residue behind and makes the carpet sticky, hence the rapid re-soiling.

Once itís cleaned, then your job is to properly maintain it with regular vacuuming. At least twice a week, but the frequency should increase if you have lots of traffic and/or pets in the house. In the higher traffic areas, make sure you go in both directions to get all sides of the fiber.

For spot cleaning: use club soda for most stains, and a white vinegar/water solution for organic stains.

Also, after you have your carpets professionally cleaned, itís best to spend a little extra and have them treat your carpet with a carpet protector. Not only will this prevent future stains from becoming permanent, but it will increase the life of your carpet be reducing the effects of wear.
